Upon entry, the unit was relatively clean and accurate with description of parking. With further inspection, there was old onions and potatoes in the cabinet that made the unit smell quite unpleasant and a roach in the unit as well. But, we were still in high hopes of this property until it came to the toilet. We were communicating back and forth with the host about AC and getting quick responses. It wasn’t until we found out that the ONLY toilet in the unit did not work. We reached out to the host, who was communicating with us prior, and received no response. We communicated that this was an urgent matter and this was the ONLY toilet in the unit and we needed a place to do our business as we will be there for 4 days. No response. We reached out to the host and Vrbo for help and NO ONE would help us. We had to make the decision to leave as we needed a working toilet! So we left the unit the very next day and had to book elsewhere. Not until over 18 hours later did we hear back from the host, only to find that they still would not work with us even when given the chance.
