Surprisingly enough is just 10 minutes to oldsmar and 15 minutes to Philippe Park, 25 minutes to honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island .

this mother-in-law suite used to be the Grand Master suite of this beautiful home. As you can see with the pictures of the listing we tried to create a peaceful environment with ample space where you will feel comfortable and not confined to just a little bedroom.. In addition this property is completely private and independent with no shared space. You have your own private parking spot. Private patio and the unit itself..
