The property had clearly not been cleaned in some time, as there was a giant dead roach and other bugs, dirt, and leaves all over the floor, dirt smeared on the wall, and dead flies in the bathtub. Not to mention the suspicious blood-like stain on the bathmat.
No window or vent fan in the bathroom- zero ventilation. So you open a window- but the bug screens are mostly all broken or missing.
On the plus side, it has updated decor and the appliances were functional. Parking was very easy and very close. On the minor side, the bathtub faucet is loose and missing the inner shower curtain. On the funny side they provide a drip coffee maker and incompatible k-cups for the coffee. Kawah coffee around the corner is a good spot though.
As for the hosts- I did not get checkin instructions sent until I called the company, and after that they never responded to any of my inquiries via call or text about extra towels (only 2), paper towels (1 roll), or toilet paper (1.5 rolls) - we did not have enough of these items for 5 nights for 2 guests. There were also no hand towels.
