For an extended stay, we went to request some cups and silverware. They did not have utensils and gave us plastic cups. Also no coffee maker in the room. Only one picnic table to sit outside, where some outdoor furniture would have been nice to sit outside in Florida.

Had enjoyable stay
I had a wonderful one night's day although the smoke alarm continued to alarm we had to exit the building we did smell smoke. Frankie was very accommodating knocked on all the doors let us know we had to exit immediately upon leaving we took the stairs the fire department was coming up to make sure we left out so they could check the areas. The front desk staff checking in checking out and Frankie was very friendly and accommodating very thankful we had a wonderful day.

BOTH MY WIFE AND I FOUND HAIRS IN OUR BEDS ... THE PEOPLE UPSTAIRS SOUNDED LIKE ELEPHANTS RUNNING AROUND ... WE HAD NO ICE BUCKET IN THE ROOM ... IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO CHECK IN ... THE ONLY WASTE BASKET WAS IN THE BATHROOM ... THE "BREAKFAST" WAS COFFEE AND A FEW PROTEIN BARS ... JUST NOT WHAT I EXPECT WHEN PAYING $189 A NIGHT.

From the moment we stepped onto this property, it was not a good experience. They gave a room that was next to a loud, barking dog. The bigger problem was that the room was occupied. Ok, mistakes happen. Here’s where it went wrong…we went to the front desk to tell them it’s occupied and all he said was he’d have to go up and see what’s going on. What? Am I supposed to wait for someone to be kicked out and the room cleaned at 11:00 pm? We were exhausted and wanted our room. I requested another room but was told there was no other room. Ok stranded with no room now. I asked for my money back and they couldn’t give me my money back until the next day! After sitting in the parking lot for an hour trying to find another hotel (without success), my husband goes back in and tells them to book us at another one of their locations. Instead, they somehow found another room for us. This could’ve all been alleviated with an electronic room system. Instead, they have their unoccupied rooms on paper and didn’t correct it when a patron changed to our room. No hair dryer in the room. Also, I specifically booked this room for the free breakfast due to an early flight. Absolutely ZERO breakfast…AND they were out of coffee. This place needs an overhaul on appropriate planning for a full house. They also need to do a better job on trying to separate patrons with pets from patrons with no pets…like LaQuinta does. On a positive note, the room was incredibly clean and very comfortable to sleep in.

The staff was great but they really need more help on the second shift. The young man was working the desk, running laundry, cleaning rooms and everything else. For the price of the stay I expected better. Will not be staying again.

Not a good stay
The hotel itself was not bad and room was spacious but that’s about it. The “free breakfast” was yogurt, boiled eggs and 2 different muffins. No fruit, toast, juice nothing. The showe did not have an hot water for the 2 nights we stayed there. Also the beds were very soft and uncomfortable. I also did not feel safe in that location.

The room is full of spiders and spider webs. We had to call for them to clean and remove the spiders from the walls and roof. The ratings do not represent the reality of the hotel. It remained to reverse the charges made given the bad experience lived.
