The lady checking-in us was very pleasant and helpful. The ladies in charge of breakfast were pleasant and making sure nothing runs out. Kept the breakfast area clean. We were informed that the elevator was not working reliably! The hallway always had something lying on the floor for long time. It is sad that guests do not pickup what they drop but I do think the staff should pick it up in reasonable time. We saw the thing lying on floor in the morning was still there in the evening. All 3 days something was left there for almost the all day!
