The good: remodeled rooms, very nice. I'll repeat, very nice. The bad: this construction should've shut the place down. Noisy, VERY awkward entry/exit/parking with highlifts, storage containers, etc. Lobby a mess. In room table lams, well, two of three were too dim for any purpose. Bathroom door requires trimming. More bad . . . The Casino shuttle only pretends torun on a schedule. Breakfast options (even for a motel) are limited.

One and done.
Room was clean but service was definitely lacking. I had asked for room service but was told I couldn’t have it because they didn’t have enough staff. I had to retrieve my own toilet paper and towels after a three hour wait for these items. We were there during hurricane Milton. Found it quite odd that they had no backup generators for when we lost power. Will not stay again.

Mom visit
To start the lady at check in started off maybe monotone or tired but her attitude did change and we felt welcome. The bed is not comfortable but I was able to get some sleep. The hotel is still undergoing renovations but not an issue. The room was beautiful only issue on our last night a roach was on the room door it may have been carried in by another guest as it was the only one we saw. We only ate a muffin and danish on our 1st day so can't give opinions on breakfast .Bob Evans is only a short drive away . I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The property is undergoing renovations but what has already been completed in very nice. If you stay, have patience as they are doing upgrades but the rooms are nice, clean, comfortable and convenient!
