First of all for being such a new property it’s filthy some people the that left reviews and said the good reviews were fact are absolutely right I made a reservation paid in advance when I arrived they gave me a key to a room that already had someone in it then when I went back to the from fest and they told me they overbooked the hotel and that’s why somebody was already in the room and didn’t have anymore rooms and there was nothing they could do so I had to find a room at midnight on my own

People slamming doors at all hours of the night, noise in the hallway, clogged toilet, loud airplane noises, really loud heater fan. We finally got to sleep around 4am when the party people (on both sides of us) quieted down. Not a pleasant experience at all. Probably should have just slept in the truck.

Front desk service was inadequate, for starters they misplaced a package that was sent. Noises at night from other rooms starting at 1am reported to front desk at it wasn’t important enough for attendant. The day of checkout I requested late checkout the day before because my flight departure time change and starting at 11am I had people at my door asking when I was going to leave. Poor customer service I will not recommend

Cheap, clean, but not conveniently located
This place is cheap and clean. It's not really convenient to experiencing the area--you're close enough to the airport, but that's if. But it did meet my high standards for cleanliness, and it's quiet. It's in an odd location, and there was an interesting cast of characters staying there.

There are no curtains in the windows so all of the street light comes pouring in. People were slamming doors left and right, maybe doors should be made to close quietly so. Just not a great sleep.

I liked how close to the interstates the property is & how friendly the staff is BUT I did not like how extremely noisy the hotel is. You can hear everything from the outside & our inconsiderate neighbors above us or their kids kept stomping on the floor our entire stay to the point I had to call the front desk to complain. Every night there are people in the parking lot drinking. They need to inform the guests they place on the 4th floor to be considerate of the tenants below them.

My Stay at Home Towne Inn Suites by Red Roof
I stayed here because everywhere else was either Sold Out or not available due to the cleanup still ongoing from Hurricane Melton. The place was only ten months old. I had the following issues. I stayed on the east side of the building. There was no dark shade to pull down at night so the sun would be shining in your room in the morning. You wouldn't be able to sleep in even if you wanted to. The parking lights at night were so bright, you didn't even need a night light to find your way in the dark. There was one in the bathroom.The room was not sound proof. In the morning and a night you could hear the aircraft flying over or near the building. This was a design flaw that should have been addressed when the building was going up knowing how close this place was to the airport. There was no light under the stove top to see what you were cooking. Requested service for this issue twice to be fixed. The bathroom had a cheap plastic toilet seat that was not tightened down. Requested service for this issue twice to be fixed. The standup refrigerator had ice buildup in the fridge section. Turned the control knob down which seemed to take care of the issue. There was no pool here. Otherwise, it was a good value deal for the money. You would be able to eat your breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and save and stretch your money during your stay.
