What a beautiful hotel!!! We were welcomed upon arrival by the very professional valet services team, and when we entered the lobby we were given a warm greeting and great service by Mary, who checked us in. She offered some recommendations for the shopping I was looking to do. Lucky for us our room was ready early and we we were blown away by the room!!! Wow, get the suite upgrade! It was like an apartment, so spacious, great and thoughtful furnishings and details. Bed was crazy comfortable. Only disappointment was that even at dinner time the lobby restaurant offered only a minimal menu and none of the choices we were excited to try so we had to go out for dinner which wasn't in our plans. Minor inconvenience, maybe the chef was sick. Regardless, excellent experience, will absolutely stay again.

My stay at the Hyatt was awesome! The room was nice and spacious for a double. The hotel lobby was clean, attractive, and well-designed. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in the perfect downtown location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our room was like a studio apartment and it was for a better price than surrounding hotels. The continental breakfast was better than expected. Staff were excellent. The $40 a night parking was pretty irritating though but there’s a lot across the street that charges $25.
