It kept us safe during hurricane Milton. Not a luxurious place, but it suited our needs. Being pet friendly was a big plus. The staff was excellent and the location was convenient and close to restaurants and other important needs. The room was clean and quiet.

Went to use the sink and it leaked right onto the floor then go cut on the a.c and 15 min later water all under it. Mold around a.c from water leak and the wall and the baseboard was separating due to the water damage. The uound man at night is horrible. The girls in the day are way better.

Checking in thru a small window because main reception door closed after 6pm. We were welcome by a huge roach. A couple more found in the room. The phone didn’t work. Wifi connected but can’t go no where. I can go on and on but please do yourself a favour go somewhere else. We couldn’t sleep so got up at 5 and left

I was told at check in the toilet was not flushing but maintenance was coming and they never showed up, we were able to rig the flapper and fill tank to flush, the AC was leaking water on the floor, the toilet was also leaking beside not being able to flush. It was a double room with only 2 towels, The microwave was rusted and peeling so was afraid to use.

Walked into the hallway where our room was. Looked poked to be what could have been homeless sitting in the halls. Opened our room and floors were dirty, hair on the bed. Property didn’t look safe. We immediately left.

Looked like homeless people hanging around the entrance stairs. Room didn’t deadbolt. Bugs on the floor. Toilet had not been cleaned. Felt like lots of drugs and drunks just hanging around. Room was trashed. Had what looked like a section of corner booth from a restaurant as the only seating.
