The transportation from the Airport and the cruise port was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately there was a truck with extremely strong music very late into the night so it was very hard to sleep. The room was very comfortable.

I really appreciated Quality Inn for their airport shuttle and cruise port shuttle services and the rooms are decent. However i do not like that the breakfast hours are waaay too short

The room was fine, in good condition, and clean. This hotel appears to cater to construction crews, so the parking lot party noise went late into the night and there were spent bottles, spilled drinks, etc., all over the sidewalk the next morning.

The best part of my experience was Linda who runs the breakfast area. Today was her birthday and, while still having to work, she greeted all the guests and made us feel very welcome. She made sure the area was very clean and all food trays were filled in a flash. She even took the time to show me how to toast my English muffin in a toaster that was only working on one side. Perhaps you should buy a new one for the area. You are fortunate to have someone like her to help raise the spirits of weary travelers and make them feel comfortable.

The lobby is a little run down and needs updates. We were on the second floor and had to carry our luggage up and down 6 stairs. No ramp or wheelchair access on second floor. Staff was nice. Shuttle was on time as scheduled. Location was good.

We pacifically picked this hotel due to we were in coming in from out of town and going to the carnival Port we had to find our own way back even though we were told that they would pick us up also the next morning we had to find our own way to the airport because they bumped up bumped us out of a ride for picking us up to take other people
