The staff is very friendly and breakfast was good. But the room smelled like mildew and one could clearly tell the vacuum is only done in the middle of the rooms, everywhere else had a thick layer of dust. The pillows smelled like serious BO as well as the sofa.

4 Virgos and friends in 3 rooms for a fun birthday celebration. Loved the full kitchen and separate living area. Great front desk staff. Needs a little maintenance-lightbulbs out over dining table and over stove.

Although the staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely, my overall stay was terrible. We needed to evacuate the hotel in the middle of the night due to a water leak. However, it would have been helpful to be told we would come back the following day. Packing everything up, including the food in the refrigerator, was unnecessary and wasteful. I didn’t have a fridge to store the food in the new hotel, and we ended up going back to The Residence Inn the following day anyway. Aside from that, the television in my room didn’t work, it just glitched every 3-5 seconds so that was useless to watch. One afternoon I didn’t have running water to wash my hands after using the bathroom, and the morning I departed, there was no electricity. I needed to be up before the sun in order to catch my flight, so washing up and getting dressed in the darkness was not easy. Sadly, I couldn’t shower because doing so in the pitch black seemed dangerous. I managed to get dressed and brush my teeth by the light of my cell phone. Unfortunately, my week’s stay was an incredible inconvenience.

Room was nice, the bathroom was not. Stained tub and floors, chipped tub. Peeling wallpaper. Breakfast buffet was not restocked for the last 40 Minutes it was open. Not much left after 9am. Staff was incredibly friendly. Just 2 blocks to the Riverwalk. Area is nice and clean.

Hotel is in a convenient location and parking garage is across street - but you have to use the third floor only for this hotel and leaving garage at night alone is a bit sketchy. Be warned-- road noise is LOUD all night. It sounds like a drag race is happening all night- hard to sleep for sure. Hotel is dated but clean. Staff at front desk range from the nicest person ever to people who roll their eyes at any request. Probably won't try this one again.
