What an incredible hotel. Right on entering during checkout, we were greeted by super friendly concierges Brian and especially Katina. Kind of hard to say that an employee can make your stay; but she really did. Her energy was contagious and she would always go out of her way to ensure that we were taken care of.   The hotel is located in downtown; walking distance to the Riverwalk. There is a free trolley system that you can walk to, that takes you further through the city and up to Ybor city. The hotel room was massive and had an actual kitchen, stove froglets, dishwasher, etc. Super convenient to save some cash and make or prep your own food. Plenty of pots, pans, cutlery as well. And speaking of saving cash on food; that morning breakfast is actually a massive breakfast that would easily cost you 30 dollars anywhere you go. You will be stuffed and the food is high quality. An assortment of breads, buns, croissants, eggs, bacon, sausages, sauces, fruits, yogurts, oatmeals, fruits, juices, sandwiches. Heading down the second morning I thought it would be the same stuff but it was a little different with even better combinations. And the lady prepping the food was so friendly to talk to, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our breakfast.   We enjoyed the outdoor pool every night. Such a nice area in the courtyard and there’s plenty of separate seating for eating as well with an awesome outdoor barbecue you can use.   I highly recommend this hotel

Nice place, nice for families!
Great location. Stayed with just my daughter and I. Close to everything and we even rented scooters when we wanted to go a bit further… just a few minutes from the port so it was very convenient to Uber. Room was very clean and spacious. The pool was in great condition and breakfast had a lot of offerings. We would definitely stay here again! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and breakfast was good. But the room smelled like mildew and one could clearly tell the vacuum is only done in the middle of the rooms, everywhere else had a thick layer of dust. The pillows smelled like serious BO as well as the sofa.

4 Virgos and friends in 3 rooms for a fun birthday celebration. Loved the full kitchen and separate living area. Great front desk staff. Needs a little maintenance-lightbulbs out over dining table and over stove.

Although the staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely, my overall stay was terrible. We needed to evacuate the hotel in the middle of the night due to a water leak. However, it would have been helpful to be told we would come back the following day. Packing everything up, including the food in the refrigerator, was unnecessary and wasteful. I didn’t have a fridge to store the food in the new hotel, and we ended up going back to The Residence Inn the following day anyway. Aside from that, the television in my room didn’t work, it just glitched every 3-5 seconds so that was useless to watch. One afternoon I didn’t have running water to wash my hands after using the bathroom, and the morning I departed, there was no electricity. I needed to be up before the sun in order to catch my flight, so washing up and getting dressed in the darkness was not easy. Sadly, I couldn’t shower because doing so in the pitch black seemed dangerous. I managed to get dressed and brush my teeth by the light of my cell phone. Unfortunately, my week’s stay was an incredible inconvenience.
