Excellent finishes include granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood flooring in bedrooms, living room, dining room and den / home office, tile floors in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Freshly painted inside and outside, the house offers a cozy atmosphere in every room. The house is completely furnished and has everything you need. The large kitchen features an island facing into the dining room, perfect for entertaining. The split floor plan has a large den / home office in the front of the house, two bedrooms located towards the center and the master bedroom in the back, with great views of the conservation area.
