Canceled on me
I really wish i could leave a nice review, but i didnt get a chance to stay here. I booked it for two nights, and reciaved a confirmation, but no instruction on how to get in. The next morning, I called and sent a text message to the number provided. The drive was a couple hours and sure enough, i received an automated message saying my room was cancled because it was booked on another platform. The message also said I'd get my refund in 12 to 15 days. I was traveling with a 16 and 3 yr old, so you can imagine the panic i felt when i realized i had to pay for another place, the day of, when all this money was already taken out of my account. There was no return call or apology from the owner. provided

Terrible service
First off, the host never gave instructions and we tried to get ahold of them for 6 hours. Then not only did vrbo not accommodate, but was told we had to wait 5-10 buisness days for the money to come back just to gave to spend more money on 3 seperate hotels because everything was extremely booked up or very expensive. Worst experience ive ever had.
