You will be staying in a luxury apartment community and not a hotel. We ask that you act accordingly and treat our space and neighbors with the same respect you would show your own.

*Please be prepared to provide guests names and date of birth as we perform background checks on all guests. Confirmed guests will be subject to a criminal background check. This is a requirement by the property owners and building management and therefore we must abide by their requirements. This apartment is located within 1,000 feet from a public high school and therefore convicted sex offenders are unable to stay in this building.
*Community rules and parking disclaimer will be sent via e-signature to all guests and must be completed prior to check in. The form will ask the reservation holder upload a photo of their ID. This is a requirement for the leasing office on site.
*During check in, please note that guests first have to park in guest parking, go up to the apartment, and retrieve the parking pass in order to park in the secured garage. After that, entering and exiting will be a breeze.
*Pack and play is available upon request (please let us know before hand so we can have it in the apartment when you arrive).
*Additional guest, parking is first come first served along the street just outside the building. There is no assigned parking space for this unit but there are more than enough parking spaces. We highly recommend you use a ride share service like Lyft or Uber in Tampa.
* Checkout is at 11AM. Your smart lock pin will no longer unlock the door at that time. Late check outs will be charged $50 per hour till 1PM unless otherwise approved. After 1PM an additional night rate will be charged.
* Pool Policies*
• Continue to practice social distancing by remaining at lease 6 feet apart from others.
• Please do not rearrange the furniture, as these pieces have been strategically placed to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
• Hours will be 10am to sunset daily.
*Fitness Center Policies*
• Continue to practice social distancing by remaining at lease 6 feet apart from others.
• Please wipe machines off before and after each use.
• Please do not rearrange and/or remove signs from any equipment, as these pieces have been strategically marked and placed to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
• No guests outside of your reservation group will be allowed in the fitness center at this time.
• Fitness center hours will be limited to the following until further notice:
10am to 10pm – 7 days a week
*We can not guarantee all amenities will be open or functioning during your stay. Please check with us before your arrival.
**There is only one parking permit available per reservation.
***You must have the parking permit board displayed in your vehicle at all times while parked in the Resident parking garage. Failure to do so could result in your vehicle being towed at owner expense.
****Parking in reserved, handicap (without proper credentials), or on/over white lines will also result in being towed at owner expense
*****The community does not allow or have room available for trailer or RV parking.
