Located on a noisy roadway. Carpet in my suite was stained in many places. No coffee machine, microwave, fridge (guess I overlooked these conveniences when I booked the room). Weak water pressure in the shower. Best feature was the reliable shuttle service.

The hotel offers very spacious rooms for a good rate. The Publix Supermarket right next to the hotel offered all the items I needed, and there is a nice shopping mall across the street with many food places. I will consider this hotel again when I am in the Tampa region again.

The only pro during our stay was the hotels proximity to the airport. We stayed on the 9th floor which had a weird odor the entire stay. The whole floor seemed in urgent need of renovation. Speaking to our room, the floor was sloped, so the bathroom door was hard to open and close and things would roll off the tables. Every outlet was loose so chargers fell out. Our minifridge was stuck in the cabinet, so it would take multiple tries to open the door. No microwave and no ice bowl. TV was odd, the channels didn’t match the guide. It was very challenging to get anyone at the hotel to give us any information about the complimentary airport shuttle. We decided to just use lyft. Overall, this place is due for a major upgrade, and I wouldnt recommend it.
