Wonderful stay
This was our first trip to Tampa. We were looking for a place to relax near our niece and we found it! This property is very clean and well kept. The host is attentive and organized. We also enjoyed the pool and the poolside restaurant had excellent food at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a place on Tampa bay. We hope to return again!

The condo was perfect for my wife and myself. It was very clean, comfortable, relaxing, and nicely quiet. Great location and beautiful views of the bay from the balcony. Chris was always available and very helpful before and during our stay.

What a great place with a fantastic view! Chris was terrific to work with and was very prompt and organized. The Bamboo restaurant and bar on property was delicious! Shelly was a delight and joy to converse with while eating. Drinks were wonderful and the sunset was so special! The entire group worked endless hours to get things working from the storms. What a great gem and I look forward to staying there again. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony over the bay was the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. I really can’t wait to return!

Great Spot near airport with a View

This is an excellent location if you are needing to be in the middle of everything Tampa area has to offer. We loved the view from the balcony and the condo was perfect for two adults. Great amenities and felt very safe. Property owner was very informative and responsive to questions. We will keep this in mind for another trip!

My wife and I were very impressed with this modern condo. We also had a great view of the property including the tikis and fire pit at night and, of course, of Tampa Bay. The condo owner, Chris, was highly cooperative and attentive. An excellent choice!

New Years Getaway - Bucs Game
The property at Rocky Point did not disappoint. The communication with Chris the property manager was timely and direct. The location is great with quick access to downtown, stadiums as well as Clearwater Beach causeway. The unit has beautiful views of the sunsets (without the fog). The check-in process was simple with the door code provided prior to arrival. The property was clean and secure for the number of units in the complex. This unit was very clean, modernized, well appointed and quiet. It has a lot more to offer than a hotel room and more economical. When I am in the area again, I will definitley look at this property first.
