Front desk was friendly and prompt with check-in. The room was clean and ready for the stay, but neighboring rooms were noisy blasting music at late hours and it was unclear if security handled the concern. Overall stay was satisfactory and I would return for another stay with family, but would try to upgrade to a room more private and further from occupied rooms

Room has great view of Tumon Bay. Traffic can be heard through windows, and on busy street. If you are a light sleeper this may be a deal breaker. Room is large and swimming pool is great for cooling from the heat. Water in the fitness area. The door is tricky, need to pull shut and make sure its closed properly.

I like this hotel however we had unruly neighbors and even after calling the front desk they started their noise up later in the evening. the front desk did not inform us that the wifi was down and it was out for our entire stay . when i mentioned it at check out the fromt desk person smiled and giggled about it instead of offering an apology.

I didn’t like that the property was on top of the hill and I had to push a double stroller up the hill that was on my part I didn’t know that Guam was like this . Great location for those renting a car . Washer and driers are $6 .

It was a great stay and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My only complaint was the black out curtains. They need to install real ones. Also do to the thinness of the connecting room door, I highly recommend not putting single people next to families. It was only one night, but we could really hear the couple next door getting it on. It was pretty traumatizing for our kids.

we enjoyed our room the view of tumon was great. the bed and linens were comfy. we loved separate tub and shower and the nice big bath towels. whomever decorated or designed the room deserves kudos for the inlay lights and extra shelving on the headboard we were able to place our Bluetooth speaker and listen to some music. We will stay here again
