Beautiful lobby and mezzanine. Staircase was gorgeous. Friendly staff. The room on the other hand was clean but dated. No wash cloth, no shower gel in the container, no soap at the sink and water pressure was non existent (barely flowed out of the wall). Shower head had a filter on it and slowed down the flow even more. I have video of the bathroom. Other than that it’s a really nice place.

I was impressed as the hotel exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious and my "partial ocean view" had a spectacular view of the coastline. I liked the larger small fridge, and shampoo/body wash dispenser in the shower. The breakfast downstairs was by by set. I ordered the American set which had quite a bit of food for under $20 including prompt courteous refills, I had 4. I would have given 5 stars but the beds were too hard. Nonetheless, the Holiday Resort is an amazing deal. Clean, quiet and roomy.

When checked in I noticed no hand towels in bathroom, no floor towel for shower, light and tv not working, no soap in shower dispenser. It was like no one ever stayed in this room or staff didn't care. Talked to front desk and light, tv fixed and floor mat delivered. They tried to change shower gel but he forgot to cut plastic tip. Im 61 and traveled all over the world and have never been in paid room with these issues, this is unacceptable 😒

We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff and service were excellent! We also really enjoyed using the pool several times a day from morning until night. The room was quite nice except for the fact that we could not use the balcony because of the pigeons that were perked out there all day and night. We could not hang any of our clothes out to dry either because of that. We did have a great time in Guam though, thank you!

This is an older hotel, but it is well kept and in good shape. This was my second time staying here and really enjoyed it. I was here for almost a month this time and my room was very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The mini store is super convenient and the prices are comparable to the surrounding area. I would highly recommend the junior suite. Being able to walk to the beach is super handy. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Guam again.

Overall, my stay was good. A few comments: The hotel signage is difficult to see from the road. The parking lot and parking garage are a bit cluttered (possibly due to recent renovation?). Once inside, the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was basic but comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Not bad
Not bad, but there were little things that you would expect a hotel to have like flatter pillows. The room also seemed to only have two AC settings despite the dial the lets you think you’re adjusting: off and freezing. Staff was polite. Washer/dryer were useful on the 5th floor.
