The biggest problem with this hotel is the staff. I repeatedly asked concierge questions and received very poor answers if at all. On one occasion I asked if the hotel restaurant had live music in the evening I was assured it did both by reception and restaurant reception. When I arrived for dinner did not help that there was in fact no live music. To add insult to injury I asked for my steak rare and was presented with a piece of charcoal that I sent back. Check in staff were arrogant and when I tried to have a shower I discovered there was no shower gel. It took 3 different attempts to have this replenished and over 4 hours. There is so many failures I don’t have time to even say them. Only positive I can think of where the parking staff. Hotel has potential but manager has lots of work to do!

Det positiva var att det var rent och fräscht i hotellet. Det negativa var servicen och att det var väldigt lyhört i toaletterna. Service: Väldigt struligt med parkering, ofta fick man parkera på en plats vid sidan av hotellet. En av personalen hjälpte till. Han tog nyckeln, parkerade bilen och kom upp till rummet med nyckeln, hade det inte varit för honom så hade mitt betyg för detta hotell varit lägre. De andra ville inte hjälpa till med detta. Utöver detta så var personalen i receptionen väldigt dystra och tråkiga. Det skadar inte att le lite ibland. De svarar inte heller på telefon för att det är för många som ringer (?!), vill man något så får man gå ner till receptionen. Fanns heller ingen bönematta de kunde låna ut. Kort och gott så var min upplevelse av hotellet under mina förväntningar, särskilt då prislappen var högt satt. Du får inte valuta för pengarna
