I loved the location! The property was exquisite and the room spacious, well kept, modern and clean. The bed was awesome! I love a firm mattress and slept very well. Most of all I loved the staff! They were extremely accommodating. I have severe claustrophobia and needed someone in the elevator with me at all times. They made sure that I was never alone in the elevator. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I felt safe and secure during my entire 8 days. I will definitely be back to Tangier and will stay at this hotel.

Excellent stay
Wonderful stay. Staff are eager to help and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The views in the communal areas are unmatched. Breakfast has lots of variety. Many restaurants nearby. Connected to a mall. There is a Hop on Hop off bus stop right across the street. Some things to note: the bed is firm, but comfortable. The laundry facilities are a sent out service. There is no on site laundry, but there is a bathtub if you want to hand wash.

Nice Place to be based out of during our trip
Very nice area downtown, Breakfast and dinner restaurant on the 12th floor had a nice view of the harbor and beach. Nice area as the upscale mall, is part of the building. Beds were very comfortable and hotel was modern, had a decent size gym with all the essentials.

Generally great hotel, would give it a 4 star rating. But I booked it specifically for the rooftop pool facility. However it was closed for time we were there due to repair work, which was hugely disappointing for my kids. The information that the pool will be closed wasn't disclosed at the time of booking the hotel. I asked for a partial refund which was denied. So not very helpful service in case there is an issue.
