I stayed at Majesty Hotel many times in the past few years and have had very good experiences. They provide good and friendly service and the complimentary breakfast is also good. Majesty Hotel is located in the old town Taoyuan district and is within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and street food.

Stayed for the airport. The hotel is a bit far from the airport but the price and comfort would pay you off. The breakfast is superb.

Highly recommended
This was our 2nd stay at Majesty hotel and it was just as good as the first 1. It is very centrally located to Taiwan City and the staff are very friendly full stop the room is clean and large and comfortable perfect for our family of four full stop the free shuttle bus to the airport is a bonus and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Taiwan.

The buffet breakfast was nice. The staff were helpful. Kudos to the lady who received us and to Patricks! When we arrived the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was good there was a window that can be opened. Fresh air eliminated the cigarette smoke.

booked this hotel at the last min for flight long layover. When my flight got cancelled they did not care and did not want to cancel my reservation. They did not comprehended the situation and were not willing to help.

Excellent value for 3 nights staying, near train station, great location, many restaurants. A bit further away from high speed rail but there is free shuttle from train station if you have high speed rail ticket. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. Overall great value!

Great central location
We really enjoyed this hotel for a layover as it was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Also only 20 minutes from the airport and return transfer included in price is really good value.

We had a 20 hr layover and this horel was SO much better than expected! Great staff, very helpful, terrific breakfast and easy transfer back to the airport. Plus, the spa like bathroom was a delightful surprise!!!

Love the spacious room and the generous snack bar. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean. Hot water dispenser was a great. It would be nicer if carpet can be replaced with bamboo/wood/porcelain or another hard flooring for air quality and bathroom updated. Very good and convenient shuttle service to airport.

We were pleasantly surprised at how well appointed our room was especially for an inexpensive hotel. Spacious room, Comfortable bed, 2 comfy chairs. spacious bathroom, free snacks ( including bananas). The Complimentary breakfast simple with Chinese food and simple bacon + eggs+hash browns and good coffee was all we needed. Free airport transport ( in a car) efficient and appreciated.

Who Stayed Here!
I am usually very impressed with the feedback that I get from past guests. This stay was a clear exception. The hotel is old; we entered from the back where the hallways are lined with different articles from the restaurant. The check-in process was fine; the staff advised us that the shuttle to the airport was not included in our rate. That is fine. A cab is about 17 dollars in their currency. The room had double beds; on the wall there is a command center with buttons that controls the lights. A fuzzy glass panel is the enclosure for the shower; it is was a retro catastrophe. It was clean and Patrick at the front desk was both pleasant and knowledgeable. If I had to stay here for more than 1 night; I would pick a different place. The pros...it is in a good area for food and shopping. The night market is close by, as well as the temple (both are free and worth checking out). Breakfast is good, but is Taiwanese do not expect an American flair. This hotel is a 5 at best, but a really a 3 without the breakfast and location. Internet also did not work in our room.
