Completely satisfied with the staff, hotel itself. Easy to go places from the hotel. Two nice parks just across the street. Lots of different food/dining around the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet at the hotel.

Staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly! Good buffet breakfast and great in-house Canton restaurant. Limited international dining around the property, mostly local food only. No laundry facilities in the hotel. This hotel is great for business travellers, weddings and events!

房間內的床算是好睡的，只是浴缸沒有浴簾，會噴的一地，晚間入住時，停車無人員，登記時也沒主動詢問是否停車，在聽車廠開車外出時，有台廂型公務車正巧要停車，車子橫切直接檔住車道，人員下車挪了三角錐，才停入車位（當下車位很空，橫切車道的前方車位都很空，可以先暫停以不檔到車道為主，開車的人不需等待公務車停車，就可直接開走），直到出停車場被迫停車在柵欄口無法出去，按了服務鈴（機器很髒），人員姍姍來遲說你們沒跟櫃檯說有停車？！（這應該櫃檯人員主動詢問），在櫃檯登記時，櫃檯員揉眼睛揉了一下，才又繼續服務，沒有該有的妝容及服務態度，隔天早班就有該有的妝容及態度，並主動詢問有無開車，吃早餐時，所有服務人員都沒有名牌，補咖啡杯的人沒注意身旁的客人是否等待，一直補，麵包旁的醬怎麼沒放奶油，後才發現是服務員拿進去補貨（不是應該裡面有另一個補好的奶油直接換走空的，發現麵包旁沒有奶油刀，詢問服務員其說，我們都用西餐刀？！這是五星飯店的服務？！早餐餐廳有一個味道～

還算不錯

整體來說是舒適的，不過空調溫度好像不能調低的樣子，有點熱，床鋪偏硬，浴室水壓充足，熱水也夠熱。

Front desk and service staff are very nice and friendly. Especially the service staff are exceptional. The location is great. However, the luggage holder and iron and ironing board were not in our room when we checked in. I had to call front desk to have it delivered. But the executive room i booked should have these ready in the room. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay. Booked another stay in a week and see if the experience improved from housekeeping.
