Very noisy with people up and downstairs and talking until after 1.00am and up again at 5.45am. When I reported to manager I was advised “they had paid for their room”. I pointed out i had too and I hadn’t had any sleep and she didn’t care at all. Needs double glazing and a new washing machine at the very least
