Moroccon hospitality a bit our of the center
We found Dar Bladi on hotels.com after a long day of driving. It is not easy to get to by car as it is a bit out of the city and the roads are not well lit however, the place itself is lovely and the staff even more so. The room had water and some fruit waiting for us and they even brought us some tea and biscuits not to go hungry till dinner. Room was very spacious. The hotel offers dinner (set menu only) which is the reason we went out for dinner.

First I want to commend the staff for their exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. They exceeded my expectations by going out of their way to return my forgotten Kindle to me in Fes, despite the complexities involved. My deepest thanks to Malika!! Upon arriving we discovered that there are in fact 2 riads managed by the same team. The higher end one is Riad Daif and the 2nd Riad Bladi which is fairly basic but clean and comfortable. The one negative thing is that after parking by Riad Daif, we had to walk some 300 feet including some stairs (not a problem) and a dirt section through a passage that was littered and not very pleasant. I highly recommend they improve that passage way, keep it clean and improve its lighting at night.

2 hotels 1 ingang. Je komt binnen in een prachtige omgeving, wordt getrakteerd op thee en daarna meegenomen het hotel uit naar je werkelijke verblijf. Beetje erge tegenvaller. Goedkope kamer geboekt met gedeelde badkamer en toilet, niet doen. Andere kamer gevraagt , 50 euro bijbetalen. Eten was matig. Personeel vriendelijk.
