Great location right by the lake. Clean and just what was advertised. Pool was good for the kids. Small, but they just needed to cool down. The spa was also a hit with the kids. Comfortable beds. Easy walk into town. You can eat and drink at the social club next store which is great. Or walk less than 5 minutes down the road for more options.

I didn't like anything about the property - there was no room to put a suitcase or hang clothes - the plastic kettle tainted the water so that tea and or coffee tasted revolting - and when you opened the bathroom door the musty smell was most unpleasant.

The room was nice, but unfortunately there was a loud noise directly outside it. It seems like it was the air conditioning unit that keep timing all night and interrupting us sleep for this reason I’ve got such a low review.

Small room for two but perfect for me on my own. Great location and accommodation was great for the money. Easy walk into CBD and great eateries.Only down side was the process to exit out of reception hours: the area with the lift is locked off outside office hours and with the lift inaccessible I had to drag my heavy case down a couple of flights of stairs by myself….not ideal for an older, solo woman without someone to help with bags.

The property needs some investment to bring it up yo a standard that would make people want to return. Tape over the speaker of a $10 alarm clock to keep the volume down because the volume control doesn't work (really). Asked for an Iron several times over two days and in the end had to chase down one of the lovely cleaners who helped me out. I would describe this stay as a no thrills budget stay.
