The property is placed on a beautiful area, the apartment also had a nice Ocean view. Only reason for our bad rating is the Staff of the place was very disappointing. The first night we arrived we called about the refrigerator not working. We called the office number and they said there was no maintenance guy available at that time. Instead of transferring us to another suite with fridge she said to wait until the morning. The following morning we didn’t hear anything from them. We called in the afternoon and said the maintenance guy stopped by and said the refrigerator was fine when it was not, all our food went to waste. A complete change of plans, we had to go buy breakfast, lunch, and diner outside. She mentioned that the maintenance guy would stop again. When he did, the refrigerator wasn’t working and he said there was nothing that he could do, he said to call and ask to be compensated for the wasted food and inconvenience. We called many times expecting a call back from the manager. No one ever called back, we gave up on calling them. These people have terrible communication and customer service. Just know that and keep in mind before your stay. We stayed three days without a refrigerator, it really was a disappointment how their staff never cared or called us, not even once. We called them over 7 times and all they said was their manager was busy and would call us later, the manager never called. No one from them ever called us to address the issue.
