Westotel is an excellent hotel and I would strongly recommend. However, the breakfast situation could be improved. By 8.15 am the breakfast room was becoming untidy and the staff didn't seem to notice. On day 2 there was not enough water to boil the eggs and it was lukewarm. And no yoghurts were brought out. One person let the side down. She was sullen and didn't give the professional care that the rest of the staff did.

The hotel was new looking and very clean. Beds are fine and the aircon is great and silent. The hotel was quite silent in general. However the pool was closed due to problems with the water quality and the fridge in our room didn’t work. We tried to contact the staff about this concern and met a woman who didn’t speak English and didn’t even care to look at us while talking to us. She had an English speaking colleague tell us that “it’s a mini bar, not a fridge. It’s not supposed to cool”. Probably the most ridiculous explanation in history.

Hôtel agréable, chambre propre, literie pas a notre gout, oreiller trop mou nous avons mal dormi. Petit déjeuné arrivé à 9h00, il n'y avait plus rien, plus d'omelette, plus de pancake, plus de pain de mie, uniquement confiture d'orange amère. Impossible de faire un départ tardif. Camps de gens du voyage a proximité.

Il problema del costo e in relazione a questo il trattamento del direttore, una volta in struttura volevano più soldi di quelli pagati con Expedia inoltre la piscina era chiusa e il bar non aveva le cose e il ristorante non cucinava bene

Hôtel récent et confortable
Hôtel récent, confortable, bien isolé, très propre, avec une literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner en revanche est très cher pour ce qu'il propose, et lors de mon passage le personnel était débordé par la présence de nombreux groupes de tours-opérators étrangers, et n'arrivaient pas à recharger le buffet de petit-déjeuner suffisamment vite. Sinon pour l'hôtel en lui-même, rien à redire pour un point de chute non loin de l'ouest parisien.
