It is serene and very private, located amongst farmlands. The house is massive, lots of space for al.. There are fruit trees and various flowering plants to immerse oneself in the garden, an outdoor delight. A boat ramp is 5 minutes walk from the house, or about 20 minutes drive to Kelly's Bay, a small village of houses which is safe for swimming and even net fishing. Nearby west coast beaches: eg Glinks Gully and Bailey beaches are also good for fishing. Dargaville township is about 25 mins away, and the dairy is at least 15 minutes drive.. Most major stores are located here such as Countdown, the Warehouse, and laundromat facilities. and gas stations that open 24 hours.
