Amazing start!!!
This was the perfect place for our family as well as fur babies to stay for our daughter’s high school rodeo finals. Her horses were able to stay on the property with us. The size of the house was perfect. It even had a media room for the kids. I can’t wait to stay here again!!! The property manager was a quick text away if I needed anything! I can’t say enough great things about our stay!

Overall we had a good experience. The front porch light didn't work and the lawn needed mowed. I would recommend stocking more towels and washcloths, and having someone check the plumbing. We had problems with sinks and tubs not draining properly and toilets getting clogged when they shouldn't. Also add some bedside lamps.

Needs an Update
I have stayed in Evolve accommodations before and was somewhat disappointed with my first impression of this home. The lawn is overgrown to begin. The property was spacious . We had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets were somewhat ill-fitting; the corners kept coming off of the mattress.. We were greeted with a musty , closed up odor upon entry. The bathrooms were clean and fully apportioned with toiletries. However, the rest of the house, kitchen, floors and dusty surfaces need a thorough cleaning. The kitchen has dishes and utensils but there was not enough cookware to make a full meal. The toaster oven was disgustingly dirty so much so I did not even want to touch it. There was no hand soap in the kitchen nor dryer sheets in the laundry. The house looks like someone vacated in a hurry. I’m thankful that we only had to sleep in our rental and not hang out for any length of time. I realize that we came into town on the tail of tornadoes but we had no internet for the entire stay. Our contact person was great and promptly responded to my requests.
