Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed the location of the hotel in the center of Tel Aviv! According to Israeli tax law, Israeli citizens are required to pay 17% VAT which is why we were forced to charge you that additional amount upon check in. Of course this does not concern tourists who are visiting Israel on a B2 visa that they receive when entering Israel. If you can send us a copy of your B2 visa we are more than happy to refund you the amount of the VAT. Best, Gabriella

Cher invité, merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous revoir. Je suis désolé d'apprendre que vous n'êtes pas satisfait de la valeur de votre argent. Les prix sont dynamiques et plus chers pendant la haute saison. Vos commentaires sur les mauvaises odeurs seront vérifiés avec soin. Nous servons maintenant un nouveau petit déjeuner plus riche devant l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de coffre-fort dans les chambres - mais nous avons donc un service gratuit et sécurisé à la réception.
