Nestled in the quiet west end neighborhood of Bachman Village, this four-bedroom, four-bath home is two blocks from the slopes, four blocks from the heart of town, and steps from the local grocery store.
Fine touches of marble, elegant beds and comfortably large rooms contribute to the overall appeal of this home. Enter the house through a long hallway that accesses the first two bedrooms and back entry. In the back, you'll find the washer/dryer. Just beyond that is the private hot tub that sits in the backyard. The first bedroom on this level has a flatscreen TV, a king bed, and an attached bath with jetted tub and shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs on the second level of the home, the kitchen welcomes you with natural pine floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, making it a great space for the family or friends to hang out. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats three, while the dining area seats six. The living room has leather furniture, a gas fireplace, a TV with Roku, a DVD player, and a stereo. There is also a small deck with a table and chairs off the dining area that affords a partial mountain view. Vaulted ceilings and big sunny windows create an open, airy feel.
The third bedroom is on this level, behind the kitchen; it has a king bed, private balcony, flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. A second door allows hallway access to the bathroom, as well.
Opposite the kitchen, there is another set of stairs leading up to a common area with a queen sleeper sofa lofted above the living room. The fourth bedroom is on this third level; it has two twin beds with a trundle bed under each, and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. There is also an attached bathroom on this level with a shower/tub.
The base of Lift #7 is two blocks away. The free in-town shuttle Galloping Goose runs past the end of the street. Adjacent to the neighborhood is a grocery store. And across the main street is the High School/Middle School where you'll find the Palm Theater.

- There is no A/C at this property.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

Bachman Village #14 has a large picket-fenced yard and off-street parking for two cars in the summer and one in the winter.
A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
