Great place with great location - poor management
Both the property and the location were very good. Large space for everyone (4 adults and 2 dogs) to spread out and enjoy while not on the slopes. Management exchanges and support was non existent. Given their fees result in 30% of my total bill this is extremely disappointing given how many issues we had.Ultimately I will NEVER rent from a VACASA managed location again. 1) Parking - it does have parking under the main complex. However the size is limited to 6’2”. This means no large SUV (Expedition or Tahoe) will fit even without a rack. Mid size SUV with rack would not fit 2) Management calls, chats or emails - all exchanged with call service - no real understanding of the location or the property’s amenities. 3) Fireplace NOT working - called the day we arrived. A “ticket was create” but we never received any follow up.4) Wi-Fi and instructions both move in and out were incorrect in email5) Mid week drop in of maintenance to walk through home - no advance warning6) Washing machine does not work - called mid trip and created a ticket. Washing machine locked mid cycle with error and was unusable - never received follow up and ultimately ended trip a day early with lack of ability to wash our close. 7) Misc things I could of dealt with and given a 5-star rating but given poor management bringing up A) Heating is inconsistent throughout - bedroom was 10deg vs mainB) doors dont lock and stay shut - just push and they openC) windows dont open
