Each residence includes a living and dining room area with a natural gas stone fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen; two master baths with jetted spa tubs; and a private balcony.

10 ft. high exposed beam or vaulted ceilings in the living room is ideal for enjoying a quiet evening with family and friends. The living room sofa converts to a comfortable bed conveniently placed in front of a natural gas fireplace.

The gourmet, stainless steel finished kitchen with European porcelain sinks and granite counters appeals to cooks of all experiences and styles. Amenities include Viking ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, wide plank, wood flooring and all the accessories needed for cooking.

Glass doors lead out to the balcony or terrace. Balconies are designed to maximize views and enhance spaciousness, yet reinforcing a sense of privacy and seclusion.

The dining area is furnished with a handsome wood dining table and chairs. Fine cutlery and glasses are provided making for perfect entertaining and casual dining. And also enjoy seating for three at the breakfast bar.

Each residence has its own washer and dryer unit, laundry detergent, fabric softener, iron and ironing board, and linen storage. Full service laundry, dry cleaning and pressing are also available.

Two master suites include bedroom includes a luxurious king-sized bed (can be split into two twins upon request), spacious balcony, adjoining bathroom and closet, and a private dressing room. Complimentary roll-away is available in addition to sleep sofa in the living room.

The bathrooms are spacious and elegant, the twin master bathroom suites feature limestone floor and counters, a whirlpool bath, twin vanities with Kohler fixtures, a separate glass enclosed steam shower, and water closet. Towels and bathrobes are also provided.

Complimentary transportation to/from Montrose or Telluride Airport is included. Please note that daily fee takes care of the staff, despite high service levels tipping is not required. Note that the housekeeping during your stay is not included but is offered by the resort on an a-la-carte basis, cleaning is $55/day, total of $330 if desired all days of week stay excl arrival/depart.
