Inside this updated and modernized double-story VR home is 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two living rooms, a dinning area, modern kitchen and game room. The upstairs master bedroom, with ensuite master bathroom, has a comfortable king bed w/ pack and play for a baby and the most amazing reading atrium with a love seat sofa and single seat reading couch all facing south and overlooking the vineyards of Cougar Winery. The perfect retreat to enjoy your morning coffee and catch up on your reading. Also upstairs is one of the family/dinning room areas and the updated modern kitchen with all the needed kitchen utensils and amenities, Also the amazing "crows nest" balcony - which faces west - to sit out and enjoy those heavenly sunsets.
Down stairs is the "easy access" 2nd large bedroom with queen bed and "optional" single twin bed for guests with mobility issues. Also downstairs is the 3rd large bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, and has a Double over Queen Bunk Bed and Twin Bed. The 4th downstairs bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and has a twin bed and a twin over double bunk bed.. The house has 3 pull out sofa beds upstairs in the family room and master bedroom and a huge wrap around couch downstairs in the living room. The large downstairs living room opens up to the pool area and outdoor kitchen making it a great setup for adults/families wanting to share and enjoy this home atop Heavenly Trebolo. Large groups can easily gather inside the living room, making it a wonderful place to create memories or watch streaming content on the television.
The newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances and cookware provides all of the conveniences you'll need during your stay. We have stocked it with new appliances, dishes, serve ware, and drink ware. It has is a breakfast table dinning area that seats 6. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer are available for your use if needed.
This home's garage has been transformed into an 600 square foot game room which includes a pool table, dart board, and foosball table. With a flat screen tv, popcorn maker - this place is perfect for entertaining friends, family, or the whole wedding party!
Outside you can enjoy the magical outdoor kitchen, pool (7 ft deep with 3' shallow end for kids), 6-8 person jacuzzi (Currently been repaired but we do have a smaller substitute onsite) , fire pit with views of vineyards or just relax in the comfortable patio furniture, fire up the barbecue, or choose to play games such as horseshoes.
Located on top of Trebolo hill, this serene home offers tranquility yet the option to have full WiFi connection with 22 gigs of high speed LTE connection monthly which once used up will throttle down to 3G. Being eco-friendly, this home has LED bulbs, smart thermostats, and ceiling fans throughout.
You will be renting the entire vacation rental home. We do not live there and you will not be sharing the space. The vacation rental (Permit RVC-599) offers every imaginable getaway convenience we could think of to ensure you and your guests have the time of your life. While you are not wine tasting, playing golf, hot air ballooning, shopping, playing Downtown or enjoying Pechanga Casino, you can host family/friends events such as rehearsal dinner or just enjoy the backyard pool, 6-8 person spa, fire pit, and lounge chairs. Entertain at the outdoor bar with a beer and barbecue with plenty of counter space and great grilling tools. Enjoy delicious meals at the outdoor eating area under the trellis on the patio with a view of the mountains.
There are several televisions set up in the home, including a 50" LED TV located in the family room. There is an entertainment center for you to enjoy and board games in the large hall closet.

Guest access
The front door has 24 hr access with a electronic keypad entry. Before you arrive for your stay you will receive your own unique entry code that allows you access the home from 4:00 pm on the day of your booking until 11:00 am on the day of your checkout.
We do not offer "Early Check-In" but we can offer “Early Access" to the property depending on your needs.
1. If you want to drop off your bags and/or put food in a fridge, you can do that after 11:00am when the previous guests have left. This is an "Upon Request" service. The inside of the house will not be ready for you to enter until 4:00pm.
2. If you need to arrive early at the property, you may park you car in the street near the home. There are no restrictions expecting be be respectful of our neighbors and do not park in front of their property. Then you may have a wine tour company, limo, or uber pick you up and take you wine tasting.
We are in wine country surrounded by vineyards and less than 15 mins from a whole variety of attractions including Old Town Temecula, golf courses, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, a beautiful outdoor shopping mall, a variety of types of restaurants, nightlife, and the Pechanga .
Additional Services (Optional)
We do offer "optional" additional services that do have additional fees: Extra Guest Fee(Overnight and Day Use), Pet Fee, Pool Heating Fee.. These need to be agreed upon and paid 3 days prior to your arrival and receiving the unique access code. Only paid for guests (Overnight / Day Use) are allowed on the property at all times.
* Extra guest fees:
Over Night Guests. The base nightly price for the property includes 4 guests overnight guests . If you are bringing additional overnight guests (up to 16 over night on this property) we do charge an additional $70 per person per night for all guests staying after 10:00pm. If you entered the accurate number of guests staying overnight during the booking process, it will automatically calculated it into the nightly price and the platform will collect the money. However, if you have changes after the booking process, please notify us as soon as possible so we can refund or charge you according to the changes. This must be settled 3 days prior to your arrival. If not settled before the 3 days and you suddenly have “additional guests” without notifying us, we will charge you a “Drop-In” guest fee of $100 per night, per person. This additional fee can and will be charged within 14 days after you departure, as we sometimes have to provide evidence to the platforms through pictures and video evidence (ring camera footage) of the “non paid for” or “drop-in” additional overnight guests.
Day Guest Fee: If you are having additional guests during the day we do. Charge an extra fee. Please inquire .
* Pet Fee: We do charge a pet fee of $125 per pet for the duration of the stay. This fee does NOT cover us picking up after your pet . We do ask that you pick up after your pets or we will be forced to charge you a "Pet Cleanup" fee of $50 per “mess.” This additional fee can and will be charged within 14 days after you departure, as we sometimes have to provide evidence to the platforms through pictures and video evidence (ring camera footage) of the “non cleaned up mess” of your pets.
* Pool Heating Fee: Not Available
* Hosted Home / On-Site Security 24/7.
* We do monitor the property through use of OUTDOOR ONLY cameras on the front door and the backyard as well as Noiseaware for decibel noise levels.
* We do not meet you during the check-in process, so to ensure that you understand the use of everything and everything is 100% to your satisfaction we will have you conduct a self check-in process and then sign and leave outside our self check-in form. This is REQUIRED by our insurance company.
* We do require that you be 26 years of age or older and you have read and signed our Vacation Rental Agreement at least 3 days prior to your arrival. This is located on our website calivrmanagement. It does require that you create a separate login account and that you enter your information which will then be automatically added to your Vacation Rental Agreement.
* The property is located in an area that gets hot and plenty of sun. If you remove the pool cleaner and or turn off the pool pump breaker or spa breaker, the pool /spa will go cloudy/green very quickly. So please, DO NOT REMOVE THE POOL CLEANER OR TURN OFF THE BREAKERS. Tampering with the pool cleaner and/or pump for pool or spa breakers, we will bill you $500.
* The pool and spa do get used heavily and therefore we do our best to keep up with cleaning and shocking the water to keep them clear. However, this can only be done during the period when previous guests leave and new guests arrive. We cannot guarantee the "clarity" of the water and if that is your primary reason for renting a VR then DO NOT RENT THIS VACATION RENTAL. We will not refund you part or in full for a "Cloudy Pool" or "Cloudy Spa." You are renting a "Vacation Rental " not a pool or spa.
* All amenities and appliances such as the pool, the spa, the BBQ, the fire pit, the games , the internet, the kitchen appliances and so on, are ALL COMPLEMENTARY. If one or more are not functioning we cannot and will not refund you your money or ANY portion.
* This is a 3.3 acre property that is a working/functioning property, so occasionally there may be employees working on certain parts of the property or outside vendors picking up trash or fixing fences and so on.
