Not a fun stay for 2 nights
Absolute worst motel we've ever stayed at. Total junk place. Bathroom floor was all wet, waste baskets were not emptied, TV didn't work properly, bed spread had cigarette burns (both beds) and torn sheets. I've heard of single and double ply toilet paper, but 1/2 ply! What a joke. They can't afford to stock good toilet paper? Towels had hair and other things on them, gross! This was not an affordable place to stay either. I want a refund or a credit for hotels.com. Hotels.com should not offer such a horrible place to stay. Don't they visit or monitor these places? Do they read reviews? This is 2024. Show some class and interest in these properties.

No dissapointments really. I stay often and I am relatively comfortable. Staff is wonderful. They are always attentive and eager to assist in with anything within reason. Everytime I return for few days stay I in a sense have the old feeling of Home away from Home.

Not happy with the cigarette smell especially with a baby. Shower was clogged. Kids up all night upstairs. No breakfast served as well. Never stay here again

This place is super sketchy. We checked in late at 10 pm. Guys hanging out on balcony, people sleeping in vehicle, just felt very unsafe. Sign that said NO REFUNDS 10 minutes after check in. Never seen that. Checked our first room -stunk. Got another room. I had my own blanket and pillow and tried not to touch anything. Threadbare towels -stained. Appeared a prostitute was checking in after us.

They had a 10 min refund policy stated on there window at check in. Went up to my room and noticed my door wouldn't lock. It was very hot and smelled musty. Went back down stairs and tried to get a refund and couldn't get one. Then had hotels.com call them and request a refund and they stated after three attempts they could not get the manager to approve. Area is shady and do not recommend staying here.

Average price, average stay, average breakfast. Nothing great. You definitely pay for what you get. Only true negative was arriving to the hotel room at 10pm and the AC was off, it was 97 degrees in there. Took about two hours to get the room cool enough to go to sleep. Pool was not safe for swimming or use by kids.

Location was near the ball field an drop zone . Towels service was very limited. Stayed a week an had to ask 3 different times for clean towels. The people running the place were really nice.
