The beds are very uncomfortable, the box springs are support by wood planks into of another frame, there was no hot water, you can’t contact anyone after hours nobody at the front desk, and when checking in you have to call a number, the person doesn’t answer the phone timely, you sit there for 30 mins to check in

Its good is the most appropriate terminology. Not great, not bad. Just good. You need a place to stop somewhere between the south and the north thats affordable, this place fits the bill. In and out, no fuss. Never saw staff but also didn't need them. There are restaurants near by. It was quiet which was surprising given the number of trucks on hwy 11. I would have preferred a second door lock but the one there is solid. The beds will do but if you have strong preferences about softness you might not like them as they are on the hard side, same for pillows. I would stay there again. I
