We received no feedback from the hotel to any of our questions before arriving, and after a nightmare journey through tiny streets we eventually found the hotel which was closed. We were stuck on the top of a mountain on our wedding anniversary with no accommodation. Fortunately we were finally able to find another hotel 60 miles away at the Avanti Resort which was amazing and very accommodating.
