You were remodeling.the pools were closed. Bummer for 4 kids. The frist night the shower was cold. The rooms were excellent 5 star for that.and staff was great.we will be back for sure.

Went to take a shower & there was no hot water. I went to the desk & told the lady there was no hot water, she told me I was the 3rd person that had complained. Then told me there was an issue with the water heater. I asked her to check an empty room to see if there was hot water & she found there was not. She contacted the manager & he told her to do something to the water heater which made the hot water barely luke warm. I ended up taking a shower in luke warm water probably along with alot of other customers. I paid for a room with the expectation of having all of the amenities available which hot water is one of them. I feel if I had not complained I probably would had to take a cold shower. I am extremely disappointed with your hotel not providing hot water I will never stay at that hotel ever again. Also, the manager never tried to contact me or offered any type of compensation for the lack of amenities.

The room was nice, large, comfortable. The hotel is under renovation in the hallway areas. The price for hotels in Terre Haute Indiana is ridiculously high.

Great extended stay.
Staff both day and night were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 11 days on business. Breakfast was great. And I appreciated having it available They were remodeling but everything was clean.

Hotel is under remodel so everything seems like wet paint. New beds were comfortable but the metal bed frames made a clanging sound any time you bumped them. Upon check in the clerk seemed to be more interested in coloring a picture in the corner of the lobby than working the front desk. At breakfast the attendant just stood at the door staring at us. We felt as if she wanted to be done for the day. We got to breakfast at 8:20 and were gone by 8:45, with ending time at 9am

I was not a fan at all. This location is remodeling however it looks like a cheap band aid job. The vision is there but someone is definitely cutting corners to cut cost. Painting over things that have not been fixed and these are things in the room not the overall building that has signs saying excuse this mess. Amongst other things here are a few things that I dealt with: the tub did not drain water properly, bedding/shower curtain/towels were stained, construction began at 3:45am on the floor above mine and woke me out of my sleep. The room served its purpose for the night I needed but never again.
