Katherine's Cozy Bungalow! No Check-out List!!

Come and relax in our 2 bedroom 1 bath home! We are located in a quite, well maintained neighborhood! It's so beautiful in the fall with all the tree's! It does not feel like you're in the city! There are no railroad tracks or businesses in our neighborhood! We do have stairs up to our home and the washer and dryer are in the basement! I feel that is important to know! We have a fenced in back yard! If you stay with a pet please keep it off my furniture and off the beds! Please clean up after your pets as well. Check-in time is 3 p.m and Check-out is 11 a.m. If you need me and I don't respond please call me. Sometimes I don't hear the ding!!!! One thing to NOTE; Vrbo does NOT let you book the day of a stay!!!! We look forward to having you!!

So much better than a hotel!!!!
From booking to check in and check out communication was great. House was everything and more than what was shown. Board games and other games downstairs. TVs in rooms and living room. Quiet neighborhood. Great little stay and will stay again if in the area!

Nice, Comfortable Place
We only stayed one evening on the way through the area, but for the price it was very nice. For slightly more than what a hotel room would cost, it was a very spacious, comfortable, quiet and safe neighborhood home to relax in.

Very accommodating
The house is very well taken care of and was clean when I got there. The house was well-stocked with coffee and snacks. I was able to get a good night’s sleep too due to the quietness of the neighborhood and the comfort of the bed. I would definitely recommend staying here.
