The check in - time is the same to all the Hotels 14:00, we would be glad to send you to the room earlier but unfortunately we were fully booked and it needs time to prepare the rooms after the check out (check out time 12:00). Your feedback is very important for us and will definitely help us to improve. As city center Boutique hotel, we offer to our guests 44 uniquely and variously decorated rooms. Due to the limited availability during the high demand period, we didn't have an opportunity to offer to you another room of the category you reserved, upon your arrival. In case we had a request from your side, we would be glad to provide you with another room - more suitable for you. ll the claims of yours have been already transferred to the Hotel Management and we' d like to ensure you that we will pay more attention to the issues mentioned in your review.
