Set within one and a half acres of tropical gardens, populated by mature indigenous trees, plants and flowers, the Eight Rivers villa has a magnificent swimming pool and sun terrace overlooking a gazebo and the sea beyond.
The villa consists of four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and 500 hundred square feet of interior living area plus large shaded outdoor verandahs.
Eight Rivers is a charming house with a magnificent waterfront location. The Villa has a European style, decorated in calm contemporary colors. Walking through the lower level sitting area to double French doors that lead from the sitting room onto a long covered verandah, with outside dining on one end and a comfortable sitting area on the other.
There is a beautiful large pool with a sunbathing deck on three sides and wide stone steps down to a lawn, perfect for family games of football or even a wedding. A gazebo on the edge of the rocky waterfront is a haven for reading a book intimate candlelit dinners.
