Annual sibling trip
We enjoyed our stay and overall our experience was very good. The listing mentioned stairs to enter the property, however, it did not mention that all four bedrooms were on the second floor. There was only seating in the kitchen/dining area for 6 people, we had 7 in our party. I would recommend this property to others in the future.

Niagara holiday
The property is a new build in a new subdivision. The kitchen, dining and living room area were great for connecting with our friends visiting and for sharing meals together. The neighbourhood was always quiet so we all slept well. There are no fences up yet in the backyards so no real privacy outside the house. Overall highly recommended.

The place was great, exactly as described. Close enough to activities and far away enough to relax after a busy day in Niagara. Wish the upstairs was cooler- but think that was operator error. Host was very quick to help and correct.

New clean home with lots of room
This home was recently built and lots of families in the neighborhood but quiet and no construction near the house. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of friends. The location was easy to get to Niagara on the lake as well as the Niagara Escarpment, but it is even closer to Niagara Falls. So convenient for the whole Niagara region as it's very central. So clean, quiet and centrally located!

We had an amazing stay @ this home. The house have a nice and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house nice, neat & clean. The owner is so nice easy to reach out. Over all we had an awesome mini stay in this house. I highly recommend this home to others. Most probably we will come back if we decided to take mini vacation in niagara. 10 to 20 mins travel by car to niagara falls.

Great place for a great price!! Fantastic!!
Our stay was fantastic in this newly developed neighborhood. The house was extremely clean, linens were provided which was great, and everything else needed was also provided. The location was in great proximity to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hills, and shopping centers or restaurants. You can tell the house was a new build given other new homes being built in the development. We were treated with a lovely note from the homeowner to reach out personally if there were any problems. My family enjoyed staying in this house and everything about it. I will definitely book here again upon another trip to Niagara Falls.

10 to 15 mins drive to niagara falls and 4 to 5 mins drive to indian restaurant. Very convenient and super clean. Spacious rooms and barhrooms. New property
