The main house first floor boasts an open floor plan, encompassing a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a vibrant living room with an L-shaped sofa and smart TV, and a charming dining room with a wooden table. Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted with the Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms on this level share a full bathroom with a convenient stackable washer/dryer. Ascend to the second floor, where two additional bedrooms await, one of them equipped with a convenient desk. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower adds to the comfort and convenience of this level.

The highlight of this retreat is the expansive grassy lawn featuring an above-ground heated pool with a built-in deck. Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
