Dogwood is a beautiful modern farmhouse with a main house and detached guest house totaling 3,500 square feet of living space. Add in an expansive backyard with a heated swimming pool and you have a rental space ideal for large groups looking to relax and reconnect here in Southwest Michigan.

The main house features a large and spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, home theater system, and tons of cozy seating. The beautifully remodeled kitchen, equipped with updated appliances, opens into a large, picturesque dining area with beautiful views. 

Upstairs, the main house offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms between the spacious second and third stories of the home. 

A few steps away, the guest house offers a cozy retreat all of its own with a kitchenette, dining room and lovely living area. The guest house sleeps additional guests in two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks, and a second with a King bed and a set of twin bunks with french doors leading to the deck.

The highlight of this property is its expansive 1,800-square-foot outdoor living space. Enjoy a massive heated pool, a gas grill and smoker for all your BBQ needs, a spacious wrap-around deck, a sparkling clean hot tub, and plenty of outdoor dining for everyone. For entertainment, there's an outdoor ping pong table, a cozy fire pit, and much more to make your stay unforgettable!

The home’s secluded location is close to several nature preserves, including Warren Woods State Park and many branches of the Chikaming Open Lands trails.
