My stay!!

It was ok, wife didn’t like the breakfast, didn’t have her favorite which is waffles. The pancake machine makes the pancakes to flat and sticky according to her, I didn’t have them but yeah the breakfast was not the best. Pool could’ve been cleaner. Staff was friendly. Would stay again if I had too tho.

Breakfast room pancake machine not working. Public restroom needed attention no toilet tissue & it needed a good clean. Luggage cart the wheel is broken I had a hard time pushing the cart . Room 322 that’s the room I was staying in . the chair has a big stain on it like someone or an animal pee on it . The headboard of the bed it already peeling off . I seen better when I stay @ othe holiday inn . Outdoor pool the water was dirty & dirt @ the bottom of pool need a good clean. . Property it need more lighting in the back & side of the hotel. Sorry Beeville,Texas holiday inn .

My room looked clean but it had a terrible stench. The elevator did not work and two of the rooms were on the second floor and my son who has a heart condition had a hard time with the stairs. On the positive side they were able to put their two rooms next to each other.

it was ok at best. the elevator was not working. the room was dingy and damp. the a/c was not running so smell of stale air. the drain in shower was slow to drain and puddled a little bit. the couch fabric was stained and dirty. Just an ok place

BAD TRIP

The website NEVER said anything about it being under construction - 1st & 2nd floor. Had to go up 3 flights of stairs - ELEVATOR WAS OUT!!! I am 64 and it was very hard to get my bags up 3 flights of stairs!!!

The property was being renovated but the 3rd floor where my room was smelled like a wet cat. I complained upon arrival but was told it was sold out. Strange when there was less than 20 cars in the parking lot. It was very difficult to communicate with staff due to limited English on their part. When I got to the room there was no toilet paper at all called down and they said I could come get some. After waiting at lobby for 10 min one of the two ladies working reluctantly gave me a roll of toilet paper. Later I realized the remote would not work either so I called the desk they said they would come fix it. After 45 min I called again they said they forgot and finally came up with batteries but did not know how to put them in. I figured it out and got TV running. Worst experience ever with a holiday inn express facility

Elevator out of service and not being repaired for another week… TV/cable not working with no one able to fix until the following day. Since elevator was out there wasn’t anyone able to help carry bags up several flights of stairs.
