When you book for two people staying in one room the price is $ 150.00 per night. Each additional bedroom is an additional $ 30.00 per night.There are two entrances and both have stairs so not great if you have mobility issues or small children. The apartment is bright, spacious, has free laundry in the unit, and a desk and chair in each room. Large private bathroom. We offer off street parking during the winter months when calendar parking is in effect otherwise you can park right outside the door of your unit.

West Fort is small town area in southern Thunder Bay,that has all the establishment needed for living in a small town, but within the conveniences of a big city near bye. Near the airport and highways that takes you right to the down town area.
This is a working class older neighbor in the area known as West Fort on southern part of Thunder Bay. You are close to main cross town highways and the airport. Buses can take you where ever you need to go. You are close to the mountains and can enjoy winter sports, or you can watch ships go by on the Lake Superior. There are lots of little shops, boutiques, restaurants, and bistros. Walk to the grocery store or get you hair and nails done down the street a bit. Plenty of free on street parking in front of our building. We do have on site in back during winter winter months. There is a small fee for electrical plug in during the winter months. NOTE> Calendar on street parking in the winter. We are close to winter sports activities,
