Very dirty and cold hotel, this was on Christmas Day. First room I walked into the heart didn’t work. So they gave me a different room. The heat was old and not fully working. Room was dirty so I lifted up mattress and noticed there was bed bugs so I went to the front desk told them and asked for a refund so I can stay somewhere else. They refused. I showed him the room and the bed. He said it was just dirty. Unbelievable that the hotel wouldn’t refund me as I didn’t even stay there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Also a little disappointed that hotels.com wouldn’t refund me or give me any help. Very disappointing

Terrible stay all around. Dirty room. Broken appliances. Outlets broken, uncovered. Lamp hardwired into wall and done sloppy. Pillows was lumpy. A rock is comfier then the beds. Homeless drug addicts inside and outside bugging for cigarettes and change. Bathtub would almost over flow with shower running. Wouldn't drain properly. Windows not dealed properly.... feels of -30 temps and windows would freeze and frost over from the inside out !

Bath was quite gross and everything in the bathroom leaked. It was so cold in the room and there’s only a sheet on the bed, nothing else. The room was so cold I was unable to fall asleep.

It seems like a properly in decline. There was a pile of garbage bags (full) outside my room when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk and told them it wasn't a welcoming sight. The garbage was still there when I checked out.

I’m not actually sure what I witnessed. I’ve never left a hotel so quick. Please avoid AT ALL COSTS. The rooms window was wide open and there was cigarette ash everywhere and the bed was covered in makeup and cleary had never been washed. YOU ARE NOT SAFE THERE
