The heater in the room was noisy, had to turn off to sleep. The area in front of the hotel was dirty with garbage and broken glass. Empty alcohol containers in the parking lot.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The first 2 were very noisy in the evening and early morning as we were facing the main road. Lots of people coming and going. When asked to be moved to quieter location staff were friendly and were able to accommodate us. Loved seeing the airplanes land and take off from our room last 2 nights.

I asked for a room that accommodates my father in laws needs. He has reduced mobility can hardly walk let alone take stairs. We were put on the 4th floor. If the fire alarm would’ve went off i would’ve had to carry him down the stairs.

This hotel is amazing!! The lobby is gorgeous, the check in process was seamless. The bed was insanely comfortable! We went to the on site restaurant for dinner, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone going to this hotel, it’s 5* Great quality, amazing price, even better service. Only reason this hotel didn’t get a full 5 stars overall, was the hot tub is gone.

The first room a had was great for the price. As i have a dog accompanying me having the lower floor with ground access was great. However the next morning I requested to extend my stay. The lady at the front desk was no help and didnt bother checking to see if there was any available rooms. I later had to book through a second party ap to get a room here. Now i am paying double the price for a smaller room with no outside access.

Close to airport but did not clean room daily, in fact said only every three days. We had to be on top of them for toilet paper and towels etc. Poor customer service and did not feel taken care of daily as a result.
