This detached modern villa has been immaculately renovated and is on 2 levels, situated in the heart of the new town of Puerto del Carmen and only minutes from the beach. Perfect for both families and couples the villa consists of 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, enter through the large patio doors to find a bright and spacious open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge has a large comfortable leather sofa and chair, air conditioning a flat screen TV with Internet TV, there is a large choice of UK channels, films and sport available to view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a King sized bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a family bathroom with a waterfall shower, WC, twin sinks and a hairdryer. Located on the 1st floor is the master bedroom with king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, patio doors leading to a balcony and an en-suite shower room, WC and washbasin. There are a further two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a separate family bathroom with a waterfall shower, WC, twin washbasins and a hair dryer. The outdoor area has been designed for your comfort and hosts a covered built in BBQ and dining area, perfect for al fresco dining. The 7m x 3m pool is electrically heated during the winter months. Enjoy sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers provided next to the pool or at the far side of the BBQ which has been Astro turfed. There is a covered games area and a ping pong table.

Fantastic week in a brilliant location
Two couples with an 11 month old. It was perfect for us and the baby. Gill was fantastic with her communication and it all added up to the best trip we've had to Lanzarote in the 10 years we have been coming here.

Fabulous Villa and Host!!
Just got back from staying at Villa Monte, and wow, it was amazing! This 4-bedroom villa is seriously gorgeous and super comfy. The bedrooms are really spacious and cozy. The living area is open and bright, perfect for hanging out. The kitchen is fully stocked, so we could easily cook up some meals when we didn’t feel like going out. The best part? The outdoor space! The pool was perfect for chilling, and the garden was such a nice place to relax. Very close to the promenade, some great spots to check out. Honestly, if you’re looking for a chill getaway, Villa Monte is the place to be! Highly recommend! Gill the host was so helpful - thank you!

We were blown away by this property, its really modern there was everything you needed to stay ,though the best thing is the proximity to the new town with all its bars and restaurants, i really did not want to leave. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Stayed here for 10 days from 14 August. The Villa was absolutely amazing, had everything we needed & actually bigger & better than what you think. It is a 2 minute walk to the beautiful seafront that is full of lovely bars & restaurants. That said, we stayed in & had a BBQ for my birthday, just brilliant. Pool was lovely, table tennis in a good spot & sun on the Villa grounds all day. Comfy beds, lovely showers, just a beautiful Villa to holiday. Hopefully, I’ll be back there in the near future

Family fun at villa monty
We have just arrived home from a week staying at Villa Monty, Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote. I went with my 4 daughters and two Grandaughters, I am 76, the villa was gorgeous and spotless and we just had the best time, we were handy for the beach, bars and restaurants or just chilling round the pool. We would all go again.

Very relaxing
Lovely peaceful villa in excellent location near the front. Everything within a couple of minutes walk from the villa. Nice and clean and airy throughout. Gorgeous pool which was well kept up during our stay. All utensils for cooking readily available and kitchen area very impressive. You are overlooked by hotel apartments across the road but with it being the back of the hotel it was very quiet and no noise, in fact really relaxing. Two sisters and mum getaway and it was perfect for us. Would definitely return. Thankyou

The villa is wonderful and exactly as billed. There are zero complaints and the host is brilliantly communicative. The only down side is that it is overlooked by a large block of apartments.

Great stay
Property was very nice and clean. Only 5 minutes walk to the front. Location on the back streets with a hotel overlooking the outside space. A number of other villas were being renovated so was noisy at times from the work. The pool area was great but rather deep. All rooms had plenty of storage space and the bathrooms were nice too.

November break
My family of eight adults stayed for five nights in early November and had a great time. The villa was very clean and tidy with great outdoor space and only a 5 minute walk to the front. My only gripe and it is a little one is that the pool is quite deep which meant you could not really stand up in it. Great for swimming but not so good for playing in. However that said eveything else was too a very high standard and I would certainly recomend this villa to friends/family.

Fantastic villa in great location
The villa is exactly as described and as seen on the photos. It was easy to check in and check out. Gill is a very friendly and responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the large garden with various seating areas. As it was a very hot week, we were grateful for the quiet and efficient air conditioning in the house. All rooms are very spacious and all beds very comfortable. The location is fantastic, max. 5 minutes walk to the beach, the supermarket and to very many restaurants but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a quiet night. We would definitely book it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our couples holiday to this lovely villa. Spacious living area and outdoor space, sheltered from the wind. Wouldn’t change anything about our stay, the host was so helpful and on hand regarding any queries we had. Barely a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and beach. Plenty of shops all in walking distance. Lovely interior all very modern and comfortable and felt safe at all times. Would stay again

Family Time
The Villa was perfect in every way, the space was amazing for our family of 7, including our 3 year old granddaughter, who gained daily confidence with the private pool. We loved the alfresco dining space which was the hub for the family. Villa Monty definitely ticked every box for our first post Covid holiday.
