Property was older and a little run down. The room itself was extremely clean. There was plastic plank flooring with the beds sealed to the floor. The sheets appeared fresh as was the towels. Bathroom was really clean and fiarly new. In all, it was inexpensive and very clean and quiet. AC was good on a 97 degree night.

We were moved from first room, because air conditioning did not work. At 1:00 AM, there is a banging on our door. The night clerk wanted to know why we were in that room. After explaining to her why, she simply stated that she would check out our story and we may need to go to front office. We ended up leaving right after, due to being unable to sleep. When checking out, no apology or anything. It was a horrible experience!!!

Nice Staff and Easy Check in.

It was fine. Close to the mall and grocery store. Right off I75 very convenient . Staff was nice. Dog stayed for free. Pool looked inviting saw families swimming. Quiet parking lot. There is no breakfast served here. They have coffee and plenty of restaurants all around.

The lady didn't even talk to me. No instructions. The fold out couch was disgusting. We had 4 people. Only 2 towels and no bedding for that fold out. You can say its remodeled, but adding a new bedspread and a tub faucet does quality for a total remodel to me. Now I know why when booking it's nonrefundable. Never would stay there again. Sorry

Ok place to stay for short time.

We were late getting to the hotel. When we got there the lady couldn’t find my reservation even after I gave her my license. Just because I use Debbie instead of Deborah it was completely confusing for her. I told her I use both names but after it seemed like ten minutes she said she would give me the room. It was on the 2nd floor. I have COPD so I asked if we could change rooms to the first floor and said no and tried to give me some kind of excuse. The bed was ok but the sheets smelled like smoke. I know that they probably wash all the sheets together but it wasn’t pleasant for me. I would suggest washing them separately.

Not brand new room as advertised. The faucet handle coming loose, chairs were very dirty, no breakfast, coffee was flat and over all OK.

Roaches in the room. The pillow have a smell. And I don’t think they wash the cover they give. Also the AC wasn’t working properly. I told the manager, he gave me a fan. He didn’t want to move me to another room.

Very uncomfortable place to stay!

The pictures they show are probably when things were newer. The beds were hard. We had a recliner that was almost impossible to open but when it did it had my feet so high, my feet were higher than your head. My husband had to close the recliner to help get me out of it. It was hard for him. We stayed a total of 4 hours because we couldn’t get any rest. The only positive thing is the lady at the front desk working the night shift, She was very nice!
